The following is a guide to installing the netBake application.
Important: Please make sure that you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser.
Click on the “Download” button on the left-hand side of this site.
You will be asked what you want to do with the file called “setup.exe”. Click the “Run” button:
Important: If, at this point, you receive an error stating that setup.exe “is not a valid Win32 application”, then you should right-click on the “Download” button and click “Save Target As…”. You should save setup.exe to a directory on your machine you can access. After setup.exe has been saved, navigate to the directory, rename setup.exe to install.exe, and then proceed.
Because of the added security in Internet Explorer, you will be asked to confirm that you want to run the “setup.exe” installer:
If you do not have some or all of the prerequisites installed, such as the .Net Framework or Crystal Reports, these will automatically be installed at this stage. Some of the prerequisites require you to agree to a license. After you have read the license, click the “Accept” button:
The prerequisites will then be downloaded and installed:
After the prerequisites have been installed, you will be asked if you want to install the netBake application. Click the “Install” button:
After you have clicked “Install”, the netBake application will begin to download from our servers:
You should then be prompted with the netBake login screen:
You will then need to contact us to obtain your license and connection information so that you may begin to use netBake:
