Yes that’s right, after 141 days of coding and unit test, netBake is code complete! The product will now go through a period of integration testing and then we’ll start beta testing with select customers. With sprint 7 safely off to testing, the short sprint 8 was started this week. It was only a 9 day sprint and is now code complete and has joined sprint 7 in the testing stream. You can see the burn down graph for this sprint here.

Sprint 7 is now code complete and has been moved to the testing stream. It was just 3.5 days late at the end of the day. The project as a whole however, is 0.5 days ahead of schedule after 132 out of 180 days of development. You can see the latest burn down graph here.
